Juice therapy
We use a state of the art Norwalk Juicer which is the most effective grind and cold press machine on the market. As a part of your daily nutrition and detoxification, you will be asked to drink a minimum of 3 juices (the amount of juices may vary depending on each individually made diet protocol), which are made from Fresh-pressed raw foods that are the easiest and fastest way of providing your body with high-quality nutrition. These juices play an important role in the intensive detoxification process, that will help eliminate wastes, regenerate the liver, reactivate the immune system and restore the body’s essential defenses – enzyme, mineral and hormone systems.
Organic custom diet
During your stay the food you consume will consist of organic GMO-free fresh products, served by our licensed chefs unique way. The tasty fashion of the recipes makes it easier for you to digest the holistic approach, that you may or may not be used to, from chicken to fish, raw vegetables and fruits. The diet is appointed once the clinical tests are revised, this will determine how many days of regular diet and strict diet is needed for your individually made protocol.
Super food protein shakes
The protein shakes you drink here are our unique formula and are strongly concentrated shakes, that are based on a vegetable protein and greens with additional superfood supplements to assist a correctly balanced diet. Massage Therapy

Infrared Carbon Dioxide Sauna
Your protocol includes an 15 min minimum of detoxification, antioxidant, anti-aging therapy in our infrared carbon dioxide sauna. Infrared sauna heat expands clogged capillaries and blood vessels, increases blood flow, delivers increased amounts of healing oxygen throughout the body and purges the body of stubborn toxins through vigorous sweating.
Organic green coffee enemas
